Foot sprain Rest to affected part 2weeks Brace to be given 4weeks Icepacks frequently till swelling or hematoma is resolved NSAIDs as per need Adv xray or MRI of affected part to r/o underlying bone injury

RICE - Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation Note the swelling, for minor foot sprain it will reduce in 3 days... If weight bearing extremely painful , get x-rays done to rule out hairline fracture... Crepe bandage in figure of 8, for recurrent foot sprains, footwear modification and proprioceptive exercises are a must
