Inj drotaverine Inj ketorolac Inj eyelet Aceclofenac+ drotaverine bd Valtam Syp k cit 10ml with water tid Investigation Us abdomen Urine test

At first these investigations must be done to rule out the cause such as..... Urine dipstick Midstream urine culture Full blood count Serum creatinine Electrolytes Serum urate Serum calcium Serum phosphate After that treatment should be started. Acute pain control with either a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAIDs or morphine. Laboratory testing, e.g. serum creatinine and full blood count Prompt referral (same-day if possible) for CT urogram or kidney-bladder ultrasound and x-ray. Prescribe an analgesic for ongoing pain management. Prescribe an alpha-blocker to accelerate stone passage. Consult with the patient the following day to discuss treatment and referral options

Ultrasound , urine routine and microscopic ,culture and sensitivity to be done Treat the cause found
