He likely a c/o BPVV Along with treatment for cervical spondylitis Cervical collar must be given and ensure the use of it Tab betahistamine 16mg tds for 5days Once pt settled down 1od at bed time for 1month and review Muscle relaxants if not given than should be given

Vertebral arteries pass through the foramen in cervical vertebrae In cervical spondylosis osteophytes develop They may impinge on arteries in some positions leading to giddiness in some positions. Cervical collar will help Rule out ENT causes which are more common and need different line of treatment

Physio exercises.../ Cervical collar / Sitting and sleeping postures should be reviewed. Add Thiocolchicoside 4 mg if not in your NSAID.
