First place one has to Rule out wether this GIT ANOMALIES Congenital. (Or) Acquired. Taking Age 13 years into consideration looks more of Acquired Anomaly. Dx : ESOPHAGEAL DIVERTICULITIS BILATETAL. RULE OUT OTHER ANOMALIES TOO. RARE CASE THANKS FOR POSTING.

Malignancy should be considered .Zenker's diverticulum rightly comment ed.
