As per my experience There were lack of physical therapy intervention post operatively. As every acl or pcl injury associated with mensical injury. So lack of rehabilitation also gives these type of pain later on. So plz consider good sports physiotherapist for the same. It will go away.

Go with conservative management Physiotherapy Ultrasound / Laser therapy Active ROM Knee isometrics Prone lying knee flexion extension Quads, hams, calf stretching Slowly start with proprioceptive training

Physiotherapy treatment can be done, with the help of knee brace while in weight bearing activities. Ultrasound therapy with hip & knee strengthening exercises along with stability training. Cryotherap/ Icing at home.
