Memory loss, absent minded & insomnia

43/y/o male brought by his wife with C/O- memory loss and being silent & lost for long hours during the day There is associated C/o- insomnia and jerking movements of his limbs especially at night. On. Examination Nervous system:- muscle bulk, power, tone and reflexes are normal but there are occasional myoclonic jerks in his legs. systemic examination Normal Prakriti vata kapha with samanya agni bala. Nirama Mala, jihva & mutra pravritti What would be your diagnosis?
