Metastatic prostate cancer case

Chief complaint A 78 y/o male presents with raised PSA level. Diagnosis He had PSA: 93 ng/ml & was diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer 1 year back. We treated him with Zoladex 3.6 & with time his PSA level decreases to 1.9 ng/ml. A year later on followup, his PSA again reaches 21 ng/ml. Patient also started complaining of bone pain. Treatment Now what should be done?
