30 yr old primi at 8 weeks came with spotting pv Chief Complaints Spotting pv History History of spotting pv since one day. History of amenorrhea for 2 months. Physical Examination Vitals stable Investigations Ultasound 2 weeks prior showed IUGS with CRL of 6 weeks and cardiac activity. Ultrasound done now shows heterogenous mass in intrauterine cavity with vesicles like structure. No fetal pole/ yolk sac. Diagnosis Pt was put misoprost. She passed products as shown in image below. Kindly comment

As we know it is placental trophoblastic over and uncontrollable growths resulted hydatiform mole As mesoprost expelled out placental mass or vesicles but some time vesicle or placental piece remained in uterus RESULTING raccurrance of vesicle so if gynocologist like D AND C COULD BE DONE REPEATED TEST FOR HCG AND SCANNING TO SEE THAT NO TISSUES OF TROPHOBLAST LEFT BIHIND PT MUST ADVISE TO AVOID NEX PREG UO TO 1.5.YRS

partial mole suction evacuation to be done monitoring of the pt till 6 months with serum beta hcg level ask the pt to avoid pregnancy till 6 months
