Mixed infections

A CB cattle 5yrs old, after parturation was treated with OTC,melonex,B complex for 2-3 days the temperature was 106-107 F later when I attended I preliminarily diagnosed it as babesiosis as there was a history of haematuria and consistent high temperature and pale mucosa, tachycardia, tachypnea. I treated it with OTC, diamizine aceturate, B complex, melonex, ferritas fluids the next day temperature was normal animal was alert but the tachypnea continued after 3-4 days again the animal was anorexic, high temperature of 104F, tachycardia, tachypnea, pale mucosa. I gave one more shot of Berenil,OTC,melonex, fluids,B complex the next day temperature was normal but tachycardia and tachypnea continued. Any guidance?
