Patient came with history of swelling in the right eye. H/o normal eye at birth, but presence of a minor swelling under the right eye. Grew to the current size over past two months. On examination, Left eye - micro cornea. Right eye - behind the swelling, had iris coloboma. The swelling was fixed, skin couldn't be pinched, tense, brilliantly transilluminant. Appears to be a cystic swelling. Is it part of any syndrome or any other diagnosis. What should be the appropriate management?

4 months child with midline skull lesion. All ante natal checks of the mother were normal and no sonological abnormality in the antenatal scans. No similar complaints in the sibling..Lesion excised and sent for histopathology. Microphotographs are as attached.. What's your diagnosis?
