young male patient of 22 yrs age came to me with complaints of swelling and black discoloration of lower lid of LE if was noticed by parents during childhood.he was shown to ophthalmologist but nothing done except CT .now patient complaining of progressive increase in size and colour. O/E there is subcutaneous tuft of vessels at lower lid,and subconjunctival too near medical canthus.there is slight increase on valsalva. no H/o trauma, surgery my clinical diagnosis is haemangioma and DD is orbital varices advised CT orbit valuable comments are welcomed on diagnosis and further course of management..
