Yes it is a simple & cheaper substitutes for every one.tnx Dr.Dr. Hemlata Patil ji. @Pervin Keki Surti ji request to explain the Vit .E dietry scheduled from locally used diets/vegitables sources to get Vit. E.pl.

Sir dietary sources of vitamin E are vegetables like Spinach,Cabbage,,Bracooli,Lettuce,peas,tomato,Beet greens and fruits like Mango,Banana,Kiwi,dry fruits like Almonds,Avocado,Wheat germ oli,soyabean oil,sunflower seeds,peanut,peanut butter.
