34 year old M px, has no relevant medical hx. Presented to the clinic with necrotic pulp of tooth#35 and chronic apical abcess. the sinus tract was traced. Root Canal Treatment was done and final restoration is proposed to be composite build-up.

24 y/o female pt , her chief complain was cavitation in one of her lower teeth. She was pointing to tooth #36 Tx: caries removal, indirect pulp capping ( dycal liner and Viterbond base ) Cavity was restored with Filtek composite

Treatment was planned to correct gingival overgrown, multiple defective restorations and poor RCT. - crown lengthening for upper anterior teeth - Endodontic retreatment of tooth #22, RCT #11 #12 - fiber post and all ceramic crown for teeth (#12#11#22) (Pre and post tx photographs and radiographs were taken)
