After selection, My judgement is -- Sulphur - Calc carb - Lycopodium-- In the long run either Graphites or Lachesis may be needed according to the symptoms for Complete recovery. Now to control painful bleeding we may apply; Blumia Q, HammamalisQ or Thlaspi BP Q for relief only. (That's my personal experience).
