Neck mass

Chief Compalint 53 y-o-m came with the complaint of asymptomatic neck swelling for 1 week. History 10 months back he presented with frequent painful urination with hematuria. Radiography showed a 4 cm solid prostate mass and a diagnosis of Transitional cell cancer was made with no lymphadenopathy or metastasis. Surgical resection was done with no complications. 10 months later, few days back he presents with neck swelling. Investigations Radiography shows coarse calcifications and 3.5 cm right thyroid nodule. Thyroid functions - wnl. FNAC was done, results pending. Treatment Advise next step in management.

All possibilities of secondaries in neck swelling which is likely in thyroid Yes it will need consistant observation If hpe suggest metastasis than adv will be resection and followed by chemotherapy

CA PROSTATE WITH SECONDARIES NECK.. NEEDS FURTHER INVESTIGATION AND EVALUATION TO CONCLUDE AND REPORT OF FNAC ALSO CONSIDER FOR MANAGEMENT. RADIOTHERAPY CHEMOTHERAPY. ONCOLOGIST OPINION ON EVALUATION REQUIRED.
