Is she also in pain ? The kyphosis not only comes from muscle weakness but also from actual change in bony alignment.. Considering age and bone quality, aggressive methods are not preferred... Check Vit D and calcium levels and treat accordingly.. focus on breathing exercises, upper limb mobility and strength for function, cervical and lumbar mobility and strength for function... Give ergonomic advice to prevent falls and also train for balance.. prone lying if comfortable is best to counteract the effects of continuous flexion on the body...

No aggressive physiotherapy as bone quality is low Go for mild straightening of thoracic spine exercises along with thoracic mobility and upper limb strength evaluation and exercises. Ergonomic advice to be given and thoracic back support to keep the spine in neutral while sitting.
Position her prone lying for half n hour bd. Spinal extensor exercises.

Hii this patient had left side brachial plexopathy cabg done in 2014. now get relief with medication.. but now he came with Right shoulder pain flexion is 90 abduction is 70 all painful movements..I checked resisted movt. Empty can and rotation all painful.. he had mild pain frm march and range was full that time.. frm 2- 3 days range reduced.. And while he is sleeping supine unable to put shoulder down.. and patient is having pain at the marked region only.. not at shoulder tip or else.. What can b d cause??

A female patient 69 years old℅ pain in the nape of neck extends to occiput and right shoulder and left upper limb.Pain < night , < turning in bed. Restlessness.Pain in the dorsal region and and right shoulder. Trembling of the hands.Things fall from the hands. Sleepy in the morning.Sleep reading while. Dryness of lips and tongue.Thirst less ness. Anorexia. Vertigo < being the act of lying down. Eyes closed >.. At times intoxicated feeling. Head ache on vertex or forehead < night. Weakness Of lower limbs < walking. Fear of fall.H / o typhoid in childhood. Chlly patient.Desire ice cream and sweets. Menapause at the age of 55.. No sexual contact for 3 years due to body pain. Wants to wear modern cloths and ornaments. Anger easily.Always sad due to money problem. Talkative. Religious. Talkative. Her MRI brain attached here with. Please suggest treatment.
