A 50 yr male patient c/o chest pain backache since 4 days..no h/o DM HTN...ecg as below..Dx and management

Normal ECG Rule out whether the Pain is in epigastic region? If he is complaining of backache then it wil b related to spine It could b age related or due to occupation also Examine and treat based on it.

ABNORMAL ECG THERE QS WAVE IN LEAD III WITH S T ELEVATION Q WAVE 0 . 3 SEC IN LEAD II Q WAVE OF 0. 4 SEC IN a VF POSSIBLY LEFT ATRIAL ENLARGEMENT NEED TO WATCH WITH SERIAL ECG BLOOD TROP I AT 0 & 3 HOURS PRESENT ECG SUGGESTIVE NSTEMI

Take detailed history of patient. Ask for character of pain, aggravating and releibung factor. At present ECG does not show any serious pathology. Try to DO ECG at time of chest pain Stress test if patient has peristent symptoms
