Ma’am it looks like pityriasis versicolor. Other differentials can be Dry discoid eczema, Pityriasis rosea, postinflammatory hypo- and hyperpigmentation etc. Wood lamp examination or KOH examination will confirm Tinea. Rx may I suggest: 1. KZ Cream OD for 2 weeks 2.Oral Antifungal after Dermatology opinion.if decided the tab.Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4 weeks

May be of fungal origin? Pigmentation disorder? Drug reaction?
