21 yr old female presented with h/o chocking sensation and difficulty in breathing...chest x Ray and PFT attached..on examination chest was clear without any added sounds..plz diagnose and advise on further investigations and management

Cxray shows flattening of diaphragms, tubular heart. Otherwise NAD. PFT shows mid obstruction. Plz go for post bronchodilator response to conclude as reversible obstruction.

SUGGESTIVE OF CHEST. X. RAY... .......N. A. D... POSSIBLY ACUTE. ASTHMATIC BRONCHITIS

Cxr shows prominent bronchovascular markings ...with pft showing poor maneuver ..with FEV1 64 %..I.e mod type of A.O ..so..foracort 100 can be given with RC for 15 days and anxiety neurosis to be kept in mind soo..give tab placida 1 bd for 5 days

COPD WITH EMPHYSEMA

Maybe a case of panic attack, generalized anxiety disorder can cause such episodes
