Chalazion or meibomian cyst a. chronic non suppurative inflammation of meibomian gland b. swelling away from the lash line as the meibomian glands are located in the tarsus c. treatment -hot fermentation for small swellings. also helps to make the swelling more localised -Incision and curettage 3.
