Oral lesions

Chief Complaint A 37 y/o female presents with painful oral ulcers for 10 days. History She has h/o genital herpes a year back. Investigations Examination shows non healing ulcers over the gingiva, palate and whole oral cavity. These are painful on touch. No pus or fluid-filled lesions noted. Diagnosis Can you diagnose it from the images? Treatment Please advise

SUGGESTIVE. OF ..PEMPHIGUS VULGARIS.. NEEDS ... HISTOPATHOLOGY..

Look like Pemphigus vulgaris. Calculus and Stains are not significant.

? GINGIVAL ULCERS.. ? ULCERATIVE GINGIVITIS..

As they are painful..biopsy is recommended Cap Becasoule once daily for 15 days Avoid alcohol based mouthwash like listerine Avoid SLS based toothpastes. Switch to Himalaya complete care Avoid fast food Avoid alcohol Apply Hexigel ointment thrice daily for 7 days Rest as per biopsy report

Well this is an ULCERATIVE GINGIVITIS...and I don't think there is any relation with the Herpes as it was an year back....Prescribe CLINDAMYCIN 300MG OR AMOXYCLAV 625MG. METROGYL ER HYDROGEN PER OXIDE MOUTH RINSE. METROGYL SYP (AS MOUTH RINSE) VITAMIN B COMPLEX +VIT C

Case of Ulcerative Gingivitis. Treatment ,1.Gel -Metrogyl DG-forte . Apply thrice daily. 2 .Cap.Phexin -500 mg BD for 7 days. 3.Cap. Cobadex -forte . OD for 7 days. 4 .Tab.Ketorol -DT ,SOD for 7 days. Advice Drink plenty of water.
