P/d pemphigus of oral mucosa? D/d Traumatic ulcer (iatrogenic - orthodontic appliance induced) Major apthous ulcer Nutritional deficiencies.. H/o vesicle formation and rupturing? Any skin lesions? Duration of ulcer? Any other images of other sites in oral cavity? Confirm with biopsy and treat accordingly

This is due to orthodontic appliances It differs from patient to patient's strength or the gingiva which can bear these ortho forces. Traumatic ulcers due to orthodontic appliances Rx-dolo gel thrice a day Soft diet Use wax on the appliances wherever the wire or the bracket is been hurting or hindering the soft tissues. Relief wax must be given by her orthodontist Follow up after one week

As ulcers for one month biopsy is required Oro T mouthwash from himalaya twice daily for 15 days to relieve burning rest as per hpe

Ulcers due to ortho braces... Symptomatic treatment using topical analgesics and salt water gargle Advice orthowax and instruct the patient to avoid hot and spicy foods

Is she undergoing Ortho treatment?
