Pt. Male, age 52yrs , having Fall on Injury on slipy floor due to water, (both legs are slip forward and sudden forceful fall on buttocks), Followed by Severe pain in back, unble to stand or sit, (no any other complaint, No any neurological involvement) on x-ray shows ?compression fracture, plz discuss in detail Your Expert opinion with Diagnosis, Managment and prognosis? is the complete recovery possible to before daily routine? Compression fracture may affected first of all on tail bone and Saceral joint during fall on buttocks. If patient is unable to sit coccyxdania ring (cushioning tube) may be helpful.

Truck tion give improvement but need Surgical procedure due to illiac bone fracture. Take time to improvement, Hospitalisation is best suggestion must where Orthopaedic facility is Good.
