A MRI scan to evaluate the,amount of nerve compression Treatment- Use of cervical collar Stop weight lifting for the time being Tab Aceclofenac 100 mg + Thiocolchicoside 8 mg B.D for 10 days, Tab Gabapentin 300 mg bed time for 2 months Inj B1+B6+B12 I/M alternate days × 5 injections
