Analgesic orally to reduce pain. NSAID orally to reduce inflammation. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally. Avoid oily spicy and fast food. Physiotherapy. Inj corticosteroid locally can reduce pain and inflammation increasing movement of the joint. Surgical intervention required as a last option to restore.

Please post xray images. As per report OA Rule out inflammatory arthritis CBC esr RA factor Uric acid Crp Analgesics Chymoral Calcium vitD Diacerein will help Physiotherapy Quadriceps strengthening Avoid squatting

Wt reduction Ca & Vit D 3 supplement Glucosamine orally Nsaid orally Volini gel locally Physiotherapy Consult Orthopaedic surgeon

radiology report shows degenerative changes in knee joint. OA of knee joint with hyperlipids levels. in examination knee any warmth, effusion, decreased range of movement.. crepitus, popping sounds, elevated esr would help to understand knee joint. start on calcium supplements with vit D in view of osteopenia. hypolipid agent with NSAID.topical gels. exercises and lifestyle modifications. glycosamine and chondritin sulfate or diacerin results arent encouraging. Now this conservative management would be temporary. TO get complete relief make ortho reference do arthroscopy which would help her to arrest further degenerative changes happeneing..
