A 6 yr old child brought by parents to me wid c/o this lession as shown in picture .begen wid earache whitish discharge frm both ear and after one wk dis lession occrd. child was fevris at da time of examin. no h/o present vaccinatn. no h /o other systemic ds. Dx nd mx plz.

A 45years old female patient came to Opd with Left earache for 3 days followed by left ear and facial swelling for 1 day.facial followed application of some home remedy(jaggery+sodalime) Non diabetic and non hypertensive. Pain subsided now. H/o fever 1 day back which also subsided. O/E- Pt was conscious,alert and oriented, Afebrile and vitals stable. Lt Pinna(lobule+cartilagenous part)swollen,nd non tender with mild increase in local temp,EAC and TM-WNL facial NV intact Lt cheek edematous and non tender on palpation with skin erosion/rash. lt periorbital edema +nt Edema over root of nose and nasal dorsum present,non pitting type. A/R showed dried crusts in the lt nasal cavity. Rest nasal and oral examination NAD

Suggest Diagnosis of the case A 54-year-old Caucasian female, with no past medical history, developed right-sided neck pain on day 1. On day 4, an erythematous, vesicular rash erupted at the site of pain. She was diagnosed with contact dermatitis at a walk-in clinic. Over days 4–9, she developed a right earache and headache and the rash spread to her upper right chest-wall. The rash was described as “dull and achy with intermittent sharp pain”. On day 9, at the family doctor’s office, exam showed an erythematous, vesicular eruption on the right anterior chest, neck and shoulder (C2, C3 and C4 dermatomes). The rash halted at the midline . irritating left eye since 2 days on hydroxymethylcellulose eye drop ..not improved.. please dx and rx
