As per Ayurveda-Treatment with symptomatic relief drugs for pain. Colicure caps tid for 15 days after food. Plan regularisation of periods. Please give one corse of Virechana as per kosta. Start with Rajapravarthini vati Dashamoola arista syrup tab M 2 tone. Above would be helpful. Along with this add Tab Kanchanara guggulu for ovarian cyst.

A 31 y/o female presented with abdominal distension & discomfort worsening over the past 6 months. She had overactive bladder symptoms, bloating, and dyspepsia. Urine analysis was negative for any signs of infection and UPT negative. Abdominal examination was positive for a firm and distended abdomen, uniformly enlarged from the xiphoid bone to the pubic symphysis. No tenderness was reported on palpation. Abdominal ultrasound revealed an abdomen fully distended with fluid, initially suspected to be ascites. CT was also done and is attached below.
