F/24 yrs / Muslim C/o- 1. Acute Pain and Tenderness in Lt Hypochondriac region for 15 days 2. Pain in Epigastric Region for 15 days 01.04.21 USG – Fatty Pancreas and Significant RUV (Residual Urine Volume) All Blood test are normal, except SGOT - 58 & SGPT – 70 I prescribed - 1. Tab LIZOLID 600mg (Linezolid 600mg) – BD PC x 6 days 2. Cap RABEKIND DSR (Domperidone 30mg + Rabeprazole 20mg) – OD AC x 10 days 3. Tab DROTIN DS (Drotaverine 80mg) – BD x 2 days & SOS 4. Blant & Soft Diet R/A – 10 days History Patient adminated to hospital 1 yrs back due to pain abdomen but no record available Vitals All vitals are normal Management What is better Rx

Ask for CA 19-9 AND REFER TO GASTROENTEROLOGIST

Advice USG abdomen, it is most probably due to fatty liver, still need to be evaluated for Cholilithiasis, avoid fatty and oily diet, reduce weight , medicine Arq makawa 10 ml with Jawarish Anariin 5mg with Tab Liv 52 ds b d
