Fibroid is not much significant if no menstrual complaints. Just follow up scans every 6-12 months is enough. Pain is gastro related. Give symptomatic treatment with antacids. Surgery/ gastro consultation.

Menstrual History? Any complaints of excessive bleeding P/V or pain during periods? If no symptoms of, fibroid of the size mentioned above does not require any treatment. Her pain looks more like acid reflux/ any H. Pylori infection. If necessary upper GI endoscopy to be done. Anemia can be nutritional. If there is any excessive bleeding during periods, may be due to fibroid. Rule out other causes of anemia.

Mam no symptoms related to Bleeding per vaginal Menstrual cycle nornal Afebrile
