why peripheral wound takes longer time to heal ?

Pain and fever for 3 days.what is the diagnosis? The differencial diagnosis are shoe pinching, furunculosis ,gout arthritis etc. The age around 40 years, nondiabetic.Now is on analgesic and antibiotic .

Cellulitis following furunculosis .it took a long duration to heal after cefopodoxime 200 mg twice and surgical dressing with betadine and debridase ointment and locally applied mupriomycin ointment. since the wound situated in peripheral great toe and and patient was not on restriction of high sugar sweet diet.it took longer time to heal.

Boil following Hair Folliculitis following Shoe friction? Hot water compression locally 8hrly, Antiinflamatory, Antibiotic orally, Later I/D locally if boil self not bursts.

Colchicum and Ruta G or Hepar Sulph can cure it.
