Pain in epigastric region & previously 2 episodes of vomiting tested typhoid positive but suspected case of intestinal tuberculosis

pataint is suffering from hemorrhagic ovarian cyst due to she was suffering from severe pain but age is in that case we can't remove operate the oopherechtomy she is on conservative treatment & feeling better now

No test or history s/o Tuberculosis Without proper history, one shd not label any case of Typhoid fever IgM Typhidot is only a complementary test to Blood/ Bone marrow culture & widal Moreover single widal is of limited value

Widal positive Enteric fever Leucopenai Thrombocytopenai History in favor of hepatitis Intestinal obstruction Entroscope or capsular endoscopy Mt xray chest ESR

Enteric positive Leucopenia I don't see any finding suggestive 9f tuberculosis Mesenteric lymphadenopathy could be enteric also Treat as a c/o typhoid
