Pain in knee joint

63/y/o woman with pain in her right knee from 3 months She notes that the pain is intensified with repetitive knee bending. Physical examination reveals mild crepitus & mild joint effusion. There is no joint line tenderness. MRI report- sagittal views show moderate patellofemoral chondromalacia and a horizontal tear of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus. She is kapha vata prakriti & has madhyam agni bala

Osteoarthritis Rest and local support. Chymoral forte TDS. Diclo+ PCM TDS. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally. Calcirol D3 sachet Biweekly. Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude and surgical intervention required to repair or replace.

रोगी वात व्याधि से ग्रस्त है। चिकित्सा संबंधी योग,,, महानारायण महामासादि तेल को मिलाकर घुटने की मालिश करें और फिर उस पर एरंड का पत्ता रख कर उपनाह बांध दें। सुबह को गर्म पानी से धो लें।और फिर यही कार्य करें। बृहत वात चिंतामणि रस स्वर्ण युक्त 1 रत्ती एकांग वीर रस 2 रत्ती सत गिलोय 4 रत्ती शहद में मिलाकर सुबह-शाम सेवन कराएं। महारास्नादि क्वाथ 25 ग्राम सुबह-शाम खाने के बाद दें। निश्चित रूप से लाभ होगा। योग परिक्षित है। पिछले 40 वर्ष से प्रयोग कर रहा हूं।
