I will consider this case is of CYSTITIS/UTI rather than calculus which is seen in mid pole of rt kidney of insignificant size Get urineR Rx tab cefixime+ofloxacin 200mg bd for 5/7days Alkorina elixer bd

Thorough history to identy the cause ,diagnosis Complicated UTI (calculi & cystitis ).. invest urine c/s ..and start cephalosporin antibiotics with metrogyl ..as this is a female pt sexual history & STIs like gonorrhoea ,Chlamydia (PID) and others to be ruled out by clinical examination & further investigations ..if yes partner also be to get treated

CYSTITIS This can be caused by many etiologies, History is still need to be excluded Advice - Urine C/s and R/e start quinolones with alkalizer.....Allow plenty of fluid.
