A breast lump right breast BIRADS CATECORY 4 . BIRADS CATEGORY 4 have 2- 95 % chances of malignancy. Birads 3 have less than 2 and Birads 5 have more than 95 % chances of malignancy. In this case 1.Get an F.N.A.C done 2.If it turns out be Malignancy- then BCS - breast conservation surgery followed by axillary node clearance . 3.Post - operative radiotherapy to site of surgery and axilla is indicated 4.Adjuvant chemotherapy and / or hormonal therapy depending upon the ER , PR receptor status from the excised specimen and also HER - 2 protein status . 5.If F.N.A.C is normal - a core needle biopsy is indicated- again if it comes a benign lesion a lumpectomy is indicated

This patient has a breast lump - mammography shows microcalcification which is commonly seen in malignant, architecture distortion and Birad Grade 4 suggest high chances of malignant lesion In this case one should consider it to be Malignant unless proved otherwise From presentation it appears to be early breast cancer Adv FNAC followed by breast conservative therapy - which includes quadrantectomy, axillary lymph node dissection and adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy

As there is history of hysterectomy , there may be secondary in breast, FNAC and consulting to Oncologist to be done
