PNEUMONITIS ( VIRAL OR BACTERIAL ) under present circumstances covid virus Infection must be ruled out and protocols of COVID 19 must followed untill reports proves otherwise. RT-PCR HRCT Thorax.

Left dome higher. Appears to left basal collapse with plural involvement giving pluritic pain

Left dome is relatively high,may be d/t collapse,adv HRCT chest

A patch of pneumonitis is seen at the li.base.The left dome israised due to subdiaphragmatic gas.

Seeing xray chest, D/D- Diaphragmatic hernia left sided with herniation of gut
