It is external thrombosed piles Looks are commonly confused with grade 3 prolapsed piles Remember - in this case there is no bleeding per rectum, where as normal piles are associated with bleeding per rectum In this case clotted blood is there beneath intact skin - therefore there is no bleeding at all. Only complaints are pain! It is because of clotting of blood in perianal veins It can be treated with local heparin gel, ecosprin, Cilostazole combination It usually resolves in 10 - 15 days, in such a way that there remains no evidence that it ever existed before!

IT'S A..CASE OF.. ? EXTERNAL PILES.. * ANTIBIOTICS WITH NSAIDS AS PER REQUIREMENT.. * STOOL SOFTENERS.. * SURGICAL TREATMENT WITH EXPERTS OPINION..
