Painful Scrotal mass
Chief Complaint A 39 y/o male presented with a scrotal mass for 8 months and causing pain for 10-15 days. History He also has h/o multiple nodules over the head and back. Vitals Vitals are wnl. Investigations Tuberculin skin test negative. CT-Brain shows lesions in the frontotemporal region CT ultrasound of the scrotum shows an enlarged epididymis. Treatment Advise the management of the case.
Malignant tumour with metastasis as suggested by CT brain. Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude particularly Biopsy and FNAC Chemotherapy or Radiotherapy after surgical intervention. Constant and evaluation required.

HPE is suggested as high chances of Secondary of Malignant brain tumour. Surgical intervention....Chemo...Radiotherapy would be required under the supervision and guidance of Oncologist.

World Brain Tumour Day : 8 June World brain tumour day is observed on 8th of June every year since 2000. This day first observed by German Brain Tumour Association (Deutsche Hirntumorhilfe e.V.). The symptoms of brain tumour depend on their size, type, and location. The most common type of primary brain tumour among adults are astrocytoma, meningioma, and oligodendroglioma. The most common type of primary brain tumours in children are medulloblastoma, grade I or II astrocytoma, (or glioma) ependymoma, and brain stem glioma. Family history and high dose X-rays are risk factors for brain tumour. Brain tumours are diagnosed by the doctor based on the results of a medical history and physical examination and various specialized tests of the brain and nervous system. Options for brain tumour treatment include surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy or a combination of treatments . What are the symptoms of brain tumour?
