Painful swelling of right eyelid

42 yo male with 7-days history of the painful swelling right upper eyelid, no discharge or change in visual symptoms likely stye, hordeolum Advised for a warm compress, await self-discharge of the cyst, and no antibiotics. Any more advice to be given?

R U eye lid Subacute CHLAZION MOXAFLOXINE eye drops One drop 4 times a day Non STERIODAL ANTIINFLAMMATORY eye drops 3 drops a day MOXAFLOXINE eye oint at bed time Tab AZITHROMYCINE 500 mg of for 5 days Tab INDOCAP SR 75 my of for 5 dsys

Chalazion / Style Antibiotics orally and locally. Analgesic antiinflammatory orally. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally. Hot compression. Surgical intervention required to remove.

It looks like a infected sebaceous cyst It is not associated with eyelash and not a case of stye. It may be suppurative chalazion but most likely infected sebaceous cyst

INFECTED STYE/CHALAZION... ANTIBIOTIC ORALLY, TOPICALLY ANALGESIC ANTIHISTAMINE ANTIOXIDANTS IF NOT IMPROVED THEN SURGICAL INTERVENTION AFTER COMPLETE SURGICAL PROFILE
