Painless , nontender, slowly progressing swelling on the thigh medial aspect. Pt refuses investigation.

A Pedunculated fibrolipoma . No investigation required Surgical excision under Local anesthesia,is indicated and send the excised specimen for biopsy to document the diagnosis

Case repeated It is pedunculated lipoma Option is surgery only

It is a case of pedunculated lipoma, non tender slow growing non tender mass . Excision under LA and HPE for proper diagnosis.
