### 45 years old Muslim housewife got admitted with the complaints of joint pain for 2 & 1/2 years. Associated with generalised purpuric & non blanching rash for 3 days which is more on both lower limbs & upper limbs. H/o mild fever for last 3 days associated with oral ulcer. 10 years old male child. History of fever 10 days back, no other localising symptoms...treated with inj ceftriaxone amikacin and chloroquine in view of widal titre ah 1:320, developed rashes on lower limb on day 7 of presentation...fever resolved 2 days prior to rashes. Rashes developed on lower limbs and Non blanchable, non pruritic in nature. Child is normotensive and otherwise asymptomatic, cbc is wnl Diagnosis??
