Pateint is 48yr male,Complaining of SUDDEN pain in lower back non radiating sometimes pain in right hip joint ,since 7 days no H/0 trama/ FEVER/any weight lifting,.His job is of sitting for hours in morning and 4 hrs in evening,Suffering from post polio residual paralysis in LEFT lower limb with shortening of half inchin lift limb.Patient feels less pain while sitting or laying down.
Left side affected by PPRP but the problem is in Right hip and back Overuse of right side causing spasm of right side muscles Piriformis syndrome?
Marginal osteophytic spurring from L1 _ L5. Suggesting mild lumbar spondylosis. Spondylolysis at L5. Post polio changea in lt half of pelvic bone
