A 24-years old, previously healthy female, presented with 2-days history of slightly tender violaceous plaques on her feet with no other complaints. Two weeks before current presentation, she took "day after" pill after unprotected sex, and one day before, she used one vaginal tablet, prescribed by her gynecologist, because of "increased secretions". Her history is positive for episode of similar skin changes 3 months ago, which receeded after few days. Five days after current presentation she came for follow-up visit, and she reported that skin changes on her feet slightly receeded, but she develop new few skin changes on the back of her lower legs and on elbows. She still does not have any other complaints. Beside skin changes, the rest of exam was unremarkable. CBC and biochemistry analyses done are within reference range. What this could be? I am thinking some kind of panniculitis but I am not sure.
