17 year old boy having this type of patch on back and front ,leg and having last 3 month. reducing dose of betnesol 0.5 mg-6od,5od,4od,3od,2od,1od he is on tab methotrexate 7.5 mg wkly tab levoceterizine 10 mg bd cream coaltar morning time apply locally cream derobin night time use. sir/mam is it guttae psoriasis or different diagnose and it's management plz.
