Patient came to opd with complaints of swelling in right upper quadrant dentist advised her Rct of upper 6th tooth 5 years ago but neither pain subsides nor swelling regressed thant patient suggest take out the tooth still problem remains same I have taken few pics of patients external face and intra oral pic on examnation, I found right mucosal swelling likely mucoseal kindly suggest about tis patient

Mucocele will not have external swelling Since she has pain since 5 years reason wud be carious tooth leading to subsequent cyst or sinus formation. Advice an opg Post a clear pic Give detailed history of the patient Refer patient to a dentist
