Aarogyavardhini ras 1 tds, Liquid Mahamanjisthadi kashay 20 ml BD, Tab. Panch tikta ghruta guggulu 2 tds in powder form. For local application mahamarichyadi tailam. Avoid spicy and citrus food.

A male aged 28 years came to me today having these lesions with mild itching and burning during sun light exposure since 2 days . These lesions are more on left chest and right leg. Few small bumps and blisters are also present as a fresh crop. No history of fever and bodyache. This case has created a great confusion to me. Neither fit in Chicken pox nor in Herpes Zoster. 28yr Female 22wks of gestation.. came with complain of Raised water filled small vesicles on Arm medial aspect.. severe itching with pain & inflammation. after 2days the (images at present) vesicles hav ruptured due to scratching with depressed blackish (umbilicated) to touch scars. no h/o fever no h/o pain in any joints no h/o atopy/DM/HTN non contributory medical or surgical history its constant in size didnt increase nor spreading its raised ..erythematous, painful with swelling around.. kindly help in diagnosis
