Patient diagnosis and treatment

53 year old female who presented with “itchy scalp“ three weeks ago. Papular lesion near left temple appeared a day after. Scattered smaller lesions throughout scalp. Patient denies changes in hair dyes/shampoos/face wash/laundry detergent. There are no lesions elsewhere, no known family history of psoriasis. Patient has no known allergies and denies recent med changes. She has been using head and shoulders but switched to another. Which diagnosis does this presentation seem most consistent with?

plz advice treatment...... scaly /crust appear on both side of arm and forearm last 1 yrs.... no itching and no other symptoms...

A 11 month old infant taken by parents representing an asymptomatic, pinkish papules with central umbilication present over the scrotum since 1 month. Its painless and non pruritic according to the parents. Child is Feeding on mothers milk, bowel normal. healthy child. What is the diagnosis and treatment for these lesions.
