Dr Mukeshkumar Rathod ji I may add to my diagnosis it looks a case of psoriasis hypopyon iridocyclitis with exudates in the AC and granular keratic precipitates on the back of cornea. In one study it has been observed that neutrophils become activated their micropore filtration time in lab study is seen to rise from normally less than 0.01 to more than 0..5 and even more increased in psoriatic patients with hypopyon iridocyclitis,This activation of neutrophils is is called rhetology and is responsible for hypopyon iridolocyclitis
