Patient on chemotherapy become hypoxic

28 y/o female is under treatment for lung cancer. She has 3 cycles of chemotherapy but still had bone metastasis. During the 2nd chemotherapy cycle, she had started having skin rashes, dyspnoea, and started becoming hypoxic. CT chest shows ground-glass appearance. What next should be done?

Under present circumstances covid virus Infection is common. Follow protocols of COVID virus Infection till it prove otherwise. Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude.

ADVISABLE RULE. OUT.. COVID 19. INFECTION AND PULMONARY. EDEMA..

Metastasis to lungs & go for PET scan for metastasis . If patient is poor then go for HRCT instead of PET scan. And do covid 19 test
