A 25 year old male patient came to opd with 1 year h/o b/l cervical lymphadenopathy, 6 months h/o b/l inguinal lymphadenopathy not matted,discrete and firm in consistency with hepatomegaly and moderate splenomegaly , with low grade fever for the past 1 month , and breathlessness for 20 days with orthopnea and pnd , Ct chest showed multiple cystic lesions ,mediastinal and hilar lymphadenopathy and in 2d echo corpulmonale with severe PAH, we have done excision biopsy of the nodes.Any guess about diagnosis ?

40yr old female,presented with the swelling in the abdomen since 3yrs,increasing in size,not associated with any other complaints,normal bowel and bladder habits,no abnormal menstural history.. O/e:huge,non tender swelling,moves with respiration,of around 40x25cms,occupying the umbilical,Rt and Lt hypochondric,iliac fossa and pelvic region,soft cystic in consistency Upperpole extending upto epigastrium Lower pole is not palpable Dull on percussion No lymphnode enlargement Kindly provide the differential diagnosis and line of management
