Vitiligo Tapering dose of steroid orally. Antihistamine orally. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply caladryl lotion than FLUCORT N oint locally bd. Rehydrate skin by applying moisturizer or emollient lotion locally. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally.
